NettShield was born out of frustration with the "status quo" of insurance technology. Our founders, having sat in the seats of both carriers and system architects, witnessed a recurring failure: the industry’s most innovative underwriters were being held hostage by 20-year-old technology or "modern" systems that were too expensive and slow to change.
NettShield was created to break this cycle. We saw a desperate need in the E&S and Specialty sectors for a platform that understood the unique, non-standard nature of these risks—a platform that could handle high-velocity changes without requiring a department of developers. We built NettShield to bridge the gap between human expertise and digital execution, ensuring that the technology finally moves as fast as the market.
